| All of our software can generate printed reports on the
desktop or directly out of your hand held device’s infrared port to a printer
equipped with an infrared port. For printers without such a port, you can utilize an
optional printing cable that connects to the cradle connection of your palm device and the
other end has a Centronix™ connector which plugs into a printer. You must use
optional printing software for your hand held device to print directly from it.
This feature eliminates to need for expensive transcription or report writing. See your patient, enter your data, write your notes and simply print out your consult or report and your work is done. The desktop version allows you to manipulate your data, merge databases, export to Word™, Excel™, Access™, and print reports. In addition, you can import in information from other databases. The two sample reports on this page include a consultation printed directly out of a hand held device using a report plugin (top, right), and a report (top, left) created by exporting a database to Excel™ and inserting some photos taken with a PDA hand-held device. |
